Trango Broadband Wireless introduces its TrangoLINK Apex, an addition to its line of point-to-point licensed microwave native Gigabit Ethernet wireless backhaul products. The system delivers up to 800 Mbits per second capacity, and it can be configured with two units on each end to double the capacity up to 1.6 Gb per second. A distinguishing characteristic is its integration into a single all-outdoor unit (AOU). It features two data ports, including an optical/fiber interface and a Gigabit Ethernet interface. It also features hitless adaptive modulation, a real-time RSSI LED display, and hot standby 1+1 link protection. The system delivers traffic for VoIP, video, online gaming and other time-sensitive high-bandwidth services.
