Providing design engineers with a RoHS-compliant, conformal-coated signal diode network, TT electronics BI Technologies recently released their D-series signal diode arrays. The diode array series features 4- to 14-pin counts, in single inline packages (SIPs) for space savings on printed circuit boards. The diode arrays have a reverse voltage of 80 V, a forward current of 100 mA, reverse recovery time of 4 ns and package power rating of 200 mW. Common anode and common cathode networks are also available.
