Precision Thin Film Resistor Networks

Providing design engineers with a means to create precision voltage dividers and set amplifier gains for a range of applications, TT Electronics BI Technologies offers its series of precision thin film resistor networks. Constructed with nichrome resistors on ceramic substrates for desirable resistive properties, the networks are available in QSOP, SOIC, PDIP and BGA packages. The nichrome resistive element is protected from moisture by a proprietary passivation material. This passivation material provides stability and reliability to the nichrome resistors. The precision networks feature a range of resistance values from 10Ω to 1 MΩ. These resistor networks are appropriate for a number of applications, including test and measurement devices, commercial avionics and medical equipment devices. Other applications for the networks are instrumentation amplifiers, measurement bridge circuitry, data converters and precision analog circuits. The networks are available in standard isolated, bussed, ladder networks and voltage divider circuit configurations. The networks provide resistor tolerances to ± 0.025% and resistor ratio tracking tolerances to ± 0.01%.
