Pentek’s Model 7152 PMC module combines four 16-bit 200-MHz A/D digitizers with a 32-channel digital down converter (DDC) with pre-installed IP cores for Xilinx FPGAs. The device includes proprietary signal processing techniques, channel summation, and power meters with threshold detectors that automatically send an interrupt to the processor if the power level falls below or exceeds a programmable threshold. The power meters measure the individual average power output of each channel with the time constant programming up to 16,000 samples. Programmable gain and phase adjustments are available for use individually or synchronously to all 32 channels.
