Dual Amplifier Delivers 44 dBm Output


Mimix Broadband’s XG1001-SA dual high-dynamic range amplifier yields an IP3 output of 44 dBm, noise figure of 2.10 dB, and gain of 13 dB at 2 GHz in a frequency range from 0.05 to 4 GHz. The RoHS-compliant SOIC-8-packaged device is well suited for applications including cellular and PCS as well as CATV, MMDS, and WLAN. The 100%-RF amplifier has implementation in balanced or push-pull design configurations and the ability to be optimized for wireless applications. The DC-tested component uses a single positive supply ranging from 3 to 5 V.
