Hybrid Couplers

MECA introduces high-power, 3 dB hybrid couplers useful in combining two transmitters to share one antenna. Couplers are available in three bands: 400 to 520 MHz (H705N-0.460), 800 to 1000 MHz (H705N-0.900), and 1700 to 2200 MHz (H705N-1.950) to cover all emergency services, cellular/GSM and PCS/UMTS applications. Air-line construction provides for the lowest possible insertion loss while delivering high isolation (30 dB typical) and VSWR (1.10:1 typical) and phase balance (3 degrees maximum). All units are rated for 500 W average power (10 kW peak), equipped with silver plated contact pins & brass N-Female connectors (low IM) and a rugged aluminum housing. Operating temperature range is – 65° to +95° C.
